We’ve been through the procedure hundreds of times and we assure you, it’s worth the effort when you see your own design totally customized to fit your needs – the value is unbeatable compared to a run-of-the-mill stock shape or slogan.

We are committed to providing professional, courteous service and a superior product with on-time delivery. Through our manufacturing contacts, we’ll even save you on shipping by trying to ensure that your custom buckles are manufactured in a facility closest to your shipping address – that’s a convenience only possible by dealing with a diversified company like ACE Buckles.

Production of your custom buckles will normally range from 4 to 5 weeks – depending on the complexity of the design and color requirements. If the need arises, we can even arrange with the manufacturer to accelerate the schedule, for a nominal fee. Just let us know your schedule and we’ll give you the options for your consideration.

• Boxes or packing can be provided for presentations if buckles will be used as gifts or awards

Warranty:

• We warrant that every custom buckle you receive will be free of factory defect – and you’ll have up to 15 days from receipt of your shipment to advise of any such concerns.
• We ensure that all of your concerns are dealt with professionally and promptly so that you’ll always think of ACE Buckles for your custom buckle needs.

Ordering is Easy!

Ordering custom buckles does not have to be overly complex – we keep everything very simple and straightforward.

• Go to our Quote page and fill out the requested information – include image or illustration if available
• Submit form – we send your personalized quote within 24 hours
• You confirm acceptance and review payment methods
• We do artwork and send for your examination – you make changes or approve
• We complete production and send to your chosen location
• That’s it – nothing more!

Minimum Quantity:

• The smallest quantity of belt buckles that can be ordered is 25 pieces of any one design.
   
• If by chance a smaller quantity is to be considered, we would have to obtain special pricing on your behalf from the manufacturers.
   
• Larger quantities for any one design are available at discounted prices.

Shipping and Handling:

• Delivery is typically 4 weeks for standard, two-dimensional designs; perhaps 5 weeks or so if more complicated designs or 3D is to be utilized.
   
• Our preferred means of shipment is UPS or the Post Office. U.S. We will determine the best method when shipping to your location based on the urgency or quantity of items ordered. If you have preferred carriers, we will try to accommodate.
   
• While ACE Buckles makes every effort to ensure that your package is delivered in good condition, if it arrives at your premises damaged, please e-mail or call us right away so that we can immediately take the matter up with the appropriate party.
   
• If your order does go missing in the courier system, we will do all that is possible to track and reroute your shipment to the proper destination within the timeframe requested. You will also be provided, at time of shipping, with the necessary tracking number so that you can trace the movements of your shipment on your own schedule.

Pricing:

• ACE’s main focus is to produce the most cost effective and high quality custom buckle to our customer’s demands – with no two designs or accessorizing the same. As a result, no standard base pricing can be effectively arrived at without your valuable input.
   
• Once you’ve completed our easy-to-use Quote request, you’ll be provided with your own personal price considerations based on your specific needs – it’s really the best and most accurate way we can serve you – try it – it’s easy!

Payment:

• As everything we create on your behalf is custom - we do require that all orders be prepaid prior to production. Once we receive your payment information, we will create or modify your artwork for your 'full approval'
  - once approved, we will then require full payment of the order so that we can submit your order for production to our supplier.
   
• Your protection: We’ve been doing this a long time – we recognize that our best source of business is from all of our satisfied ‘repeat’ clients – as such, we will do everything within our power to ensure that your custom belt buckles are exactly as you ordered and that all financial and quality concerns are handled in the most professional and relational manner – your satisfaction and our future depends on it!

Trademarks / Copyright:

• ACE Buckles assumes that all designs submitted by their customers are in full compliance with all existing laws of trademark, copyright, patent registration, and privacy regulations at time of submission. The customer, in submitting these designs to ACE Recognition, takes full responsibility for all of these issues, and agrees to hold ACE Recognition harmless to any claims of damages, costs, or expenses resulting from any legal actions as a result of ACE Buckles using any of said materials in the fulfillment of the customer’s order.
  - We do reserve the right, from time to time, to use any / all products produced by our company in our advertising and promotional activities, unless specified in writing to the contrary at time of order.
  - All products bearing logos shown in our advertising are for display purposes only and remain the exclusive property of the original customer or those authorized by the owner of such designs.

Returns:

• Should there ever be the need to return merchandise to ACE Buckles for warranty or replacement – please e-mail or call to obtain authorization and the necessary documentation to ensure that your concern will be registered and dealt with in the most efficient manner.
• Regretfully, any unauthorized returns to our return address or those of our manufacturers will be returned to sender at their expense.
