Service-Based Purchases

Since we provide digital and marketing-related services (such as SEO, social media management, design, and branding), completed services cannot be returned. However, we offer fair solutions in case of issues.

Processing Refunds

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method.

4. Revision & Correction

Before issuing a refund, we will offer:

  • Free revisions

  • Corrections to meet the agreed expectations

We will only move to a refund if revisions cannot resolve the issue.

Subscription Services

For recurring plans (monthly/yearly):

  • You can cancel anytime, but charges for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

  • Future billing will stop immediately.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The service has not been started yet.

  • The delivered work does not match the agreed scope, and you have reported the issue within 7 days of delivery.

  • There was a billing error or you were charged incorrectly.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The service was completed as described.

  • You changed your mind after work has begun.

  • Delays were caused by missing information from your side.
